What would happen to my team?

Employees are central to what makes a business valuable. CKW’s approach is to understand the team, respect its institutional knowledge, and invest in the people who support the company’s success.

What role would I play after a transition?

The conversation starts with what you want your next chapter to look like. Travis is open to serving as CEO where his leadership is the best fit, or working with an experienced management team when continuity better serves the company.

What if I’m only starting to think about succession?

That is a good place to begin. The first conversation can simply be about your business, its future, and whether there may be a fit. It does not need to begin with valuation or deal terms.

What is CKW’s ownership philosophy?

Preserve what works, invest in people, and grow thoughtfully. The goal is long-term ownership, building on the strengths that made the business successful.
